Cafe Charmant has opened in the West Village. The French brasserie is led by Eugene Remm, Tilman Fertitta, and Catch Hospitality Group. According to Eater, the restaurant began serving guests in early October. Catch Hospitality Group has recently added other venues, including the Corner Store and the Eighty Six, to its portfolio. Early visits to Cafe Charmant have highlighted the cooking as a point of interest. The restaurant is open for its first weeks as the autumn season settles in.
