Rolo’s is known for its wood-fired cooking and family-style plates, while Chambers, based in Tribeca, has built a reputation for its wine program and seasonal menu. Tickets are required and include both restaurants’ offerings, with prices reportedly starting around $150 per person, not including beverages or gratuity.
Advance reservations opened earlier this week, with some time slots already booked. The dinner is scheduled for Monday, a day Rolo’s is usually closed to regular service. Organizers say the goal is to highlight the distinct approaches of each chef in a single setting.
